Snow-white obsession,
Liquid, Lurid, transgression,
Against God and Her Splendor,
Awestruck shalt she render,
A promise forgotten,
Memories turned rotten,
Forgetting blue daydreams,
In starlight and moonbeams,
Unsettled assurance,
Toward needless remembrance,
Faces are blackened,
Emphasizing love lackened,
Burned cross and ashes,
Self illusionment crashes,
And barriers broken,
With words never spoken,
Look up to your master,
With hearts beating faster,
And lose all your senses,
As God recompenses,
Recoil and cower,
At her fullest hour,
All thoughts dissipated,
In mindset, elated,
Broken... unfeeling,
And reeling and reeling,
And spinning and turning,
And yearning... and yearning...
For you... Selene...
((You'll notice the last stanza is very parallel to the end of Chicago Summer- this was intentional. Chicago Summer is to physical desire as The Moon is to spirituality. They're opposite sides of the same poem, I hope you enjoy) :)
