Hindrance of the Eclipse

The adder flicks its tongue,
Aiming at the fish's crown,
But expels with winded lung,
"You were better dead and down"

The crab defends with claws,
Airing out some undue strife,
"You were better when your cause,
was seeking out your end of life."

The howling winds stir up,
Strange emotions on the tide,
I cherished more your poisoned cup,
Coasting towards your suicide.
