Silent Killers

Illness,

Rushing through to strangle,

Swift,

The sounds of a withered muscle,

Feverish,

Struggling to catch a breath or make a sound,

Darkness,

Trickles forth steadily to usher in a visitor,

Death,

With not a soul around.
